Free Press subscribers are reminded that this is last print issue of the Free Press until after new years.
Roosevelt Wright, Jr., publisher of the Free Press, announced this week that the staff of the Free Press will take a two week break to resume after the holidays. The office will be closed until Thursday, January 3, 2019.
The next printed edition of the Free Press will be January 10, 2019. However, the paper’s website (www.monroefreepress.com) and its Facebook Page will continue on a daily basis for news and information.
“We thank our readers for a great year and we look forward to continuing our 50th year of publication when we return in 2019,” Wright said.
