Baton Rouge, La. – FMOL Health has been named to the Forbes America’s Best-In-State Employers 2026 list for the third year in a row, a recognition that highlights employers who stand out in workplace culture, wage parity, career advancement opportunities, and employer responsiveness.
America’s Best-In-State Employers 2026 were identified based on an independent survey of more than 245,000 employees working for companies with at least 500 workers. More than 2 million employer evaluations were considered. The final score was based on two types of evaluations: personal employee evaluations and public evaluations within the healthcare industry.

This recognition builds on another strong year for FMOL Health.
