Friday, February 7, 2020, was Pink Goes Red Day for Heart Health. Omicron Iota Omega chapter members wore red and engaged in a heart pumping workout to bring awareness to the community about heart disease. Omicron Iota Omega Chapter held a Zumba workout at Richwood Multicultural Complex in Richwood, LA. Cesar Comancho, owner of Infit Studio led this fun, energizing and intense cardio workout. The complex was full of chapter members, community supporters, family, and friends. All attendees received information regarding healthy nutrition and heart disease prevention. Dr. Jonah Flowers assisted with blood pressure checks. Zelda Clark served as chairman for the event and Raven N. Owens is the Chapter President.
