A shooting in a Foster Heights apartment Wednesday has left one woman dead and another behind bars in what police describe as an accidental shooting.
Police arrested Dashone Nichelle Thomas, 21, of 690 Highway 707 in Monroe, and charged her with negligent homicide in the shooting death of Jamonese Hudson, 25.
