A spirit of praise and gratitude filled the sanctuary at Turning Point Ministries Church of God in Christ on Sunday as members, guests, and community leaders gathered to celebrate two remarkable milestones: the church’s 14th Anniversary and the occasion of being officially mortgage-free.
Under the leadership of Superintendent Woodrow Davis, Turning Point Ministries has served as a beacon of faith, and hope. Located at 1102 Winnsboro Road. This year’s anniversary is especially significant- not only marking 14 years of ministry but also commemorating the full payment of the church’s mortgage. With hearts full of thanksgiving, the congregation rejoiced in the words: “Paid In Full.”
The guest speaker for the celebration, Elder Brandon Wright, delivered a powerful message entitled “I Prayed About It.” His sermon reminded the congregation of the power of prayer, faith, and perseverance in achieving what seems impossible.
Pastor Davis expressed deep gratitude to the members and supporters of Turning Point Ministries. “ Fourteen years ago we stepped out on faith, and today, we stand on a foundation built by prayers, and God’s unwavering grace,”
