The Town of Richwood met for a Regular Meeting held December 18, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. at the Richwood Multi-Purpose Center, 2710 Martin Luther King Drive, Richwood, Louisiana to consider the following business:
I. Meeting Called to Order 7:00 P.M.
II. Prayer by Mr. Nathan Brown
III. Pledge of Allegiance in unison
IV. Roll Call: (4) Aldermen were present at roll call: (1) Alderman Janice Fleming was absent.
V. Adoption of the Agenda:
It was motioned by Alderman Simeon Profit and seconded by Alderman Deneitra Ross to adopt the agenda as presented.

VI. Adoption of November 20, 2025, Regular Meeting Minutes
It was motioned by Alderman Simeon Profit and seconded by Alderman Deneitra Ross to adopt the November 20, 2025, Regular Meeting Minutes as presented.
- The record shall reflect that a Vote was taken to adopt the November 25, 2025, Regular Meeting Minutes as presented, with the following results: (4) Votes Yes to Adopt. Alderman Simeon Profit Yes Alderman Deneitra Ross Yes Alderman Donald Richard Yes Alderman Wysinger Cleveland Yes
VII. Adoption of Financial Reports
It was motioned by Alderman Deneitra Ross and seconded by Alderman Simeon Profit to adopt the Financial Reports as presented.
- The record shall reflect that a vote was taken to adopt the Financial Reports as presented, with the following result as follows: (4) Yes Votes to Adopt.

IX. Mayor s Dialogue:
Mayor Gerald Brown reminded the forum that the upcoming Christmas Parade is scheduled to take place on Saturday, December 20, and the toy giveaway
will take place after the parade inside the Richwood Multipurpose Center.
Mayor Gerald Brown – advised provided the forum of the update on the Richwood Food Bank distribution.
Mayor Gerald Brown- advised that our previous non-profit partner had passed and it was required that we partner with another non-profit to conduct distribution and that has occurred, and that he and Mrs. Rainwater had taken the necessary training to continue the distribution in Richwood.
Mayor Gerald Brown- inquired of the Board if they were interested in taking some photos for the Town s website, and if they wanted to do it, he would pay for it, if they wanted to do it.
Mayor Gerald Brown advised that our fiscal audit was completed, and the exit meeting had occurred.
X. Adoption of 2026 Liquor License Permits
The forum voted on renewal of the liquor license for businesses located in Richwood as follows:
- The record shall reflect that a vote was taken as follows concerning the renewal license of the following businesses. All (4) Aldermen present voted Yes to approve Liquor License for Businesses as listed below.
