Jacquelyn Ann Logan-Scott “Jackie” as she was fondly called was born on February 20, 1954, in Monroe, Louisiana. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ramsey Logan Jr. and Ozell Mayfield Cotton and two sisters, Shari Lynn Logan-Kellup and Doris Cotton. She went home to be with the Lord on November 28, 2022, at the age of 68, with her children by her side.
Jackie accepted Christ and was baptized at the age of 8 at Walls Lake Missionary Baptist Church in West Monroe La under the leadership of Reverend David Dorsey Sr. She later moved her membership to Zion Spring Baptist Church in Monroe La where Reverend E.
