Notice of Public Auction
Monroe City School Board
The Monroe City School Board will sell the following surplus items at an online public auction with closing times
as listed on the site for Tuesday, June 8, 2021:
F150 Pick-up Truck, 2 Dodge Vans, 1 (scrap) Dodge Van, 8 (scrap) School Buses (3 Blue Bird/5 Freightliner), 4 School Bus Engines (1 International/2 Chevy 350/ 1 Ford 390), 4 Lawn Mowers (2 Zero turn/2 Walk Behind) and other Miscellaneous Items.
Auction will be conducted online at www.govdeals.com. Items will be available for submission of bids on May 12, 2021.
Items are available for inspection beginning on May 11th during normal business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.:

Vehicle inspections are by appointment only.
All items are to be sold “as is” with no guarantee or warranty of any kind. Monroe City Schools reserves the right to reject any and all bids and remove items from auction.
Government agencies may purchase surplus property at fair market value directly from Monroe City Schools. Agencies wishing to do so should contact Monroe City Schools no later than 3 days prior to auction close. First priority for the acquisition of surplus computer equipment shall be given to public elementary and secondary schools in the State of Louisiana and community and technical colleges under the management and control of the Board of Supervisors of Louisiana Community and Technical Colleges.
