All experts agree, to reduce the propensity for future criminal activity, you have to start while the individual is young. For the last three years, Kairos Torch Swanson has had the opportunity to minister inside of Swanson Center for Youth. All total, 43 youths over three weekend events have been reached with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Based on a recent study, it was found that the propensity to reoffend, or recidivism rate, declined an average of 43% among graduates of Kairos programs.
