A Ouachita Parish High School senior will receive the coveted Eagle Rank in ceremonies Sunday.
Christian Griffin, a senior at Neville High School, will receive the highest rank in Scouting, USA during court of honor ceremonies at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Tab-A-Torium.
Griffin, the son of Keith and Karen Phenix, has been a Top Gun Scout for eight years, and is an honor student at Ouachita High School.
