Carroll to end season as academic champions

Very few public schools can boast that more than 63% of its players are listed on the school’s honor roll

 

This has been a historic season for forty-seven members of the Carroll High School football team because despite their losing 1-8 season, they will finish the season as academic champions.
This year over 60 percent of the Carroll High School team are members of the school honor roll, and another twenty percent are just fractions of a point away. It’s a remarkable feat for any public school teams, though not unusual for private and parochial schools.
