Rev. David Campbell, Jr. delivered the message on Sunday, June 25 at the 71st Anniversary of the St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church, where Rev. Dennis R. Martin, Sr. is pastor.
The theme of the service was “One Body in Christ” with 1 Corinthians 12:12 as the themed scripture.
The welcome and occasion was given by Sister Lakesha Grayson. The acceptance was offered by Sister Shirley Lenoir. Historical highlights and memorial period were led by Mothers Shirley Hendon and Vallie Jackson.
Rev. Campbell’s church, New Second Missionary Baptist Church of Bastrop, provided the song service. Sister Evelyn Jackson served as the Mistress of Ceremony.
