It is our earnest and sincere honor to announce and welcome you to the Inaugural Tri-District Joint Session August 4-11, 2019 at Greater New Antioch Baptist Church, 301 Sherrouse Ave., Monroe, LA, 71203. On behalf of the 2019 Inaugural Tri-District Committee, and the Moderators for The 10th District, BB&O and North Old Line, we welcome you to our Inaugural Tri-District Joint Session.
Grace be unto each of you and peace from God the Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ, who gave himself for our sins. As we gather for this Inaugural Joint Session, we pray that you enjoy all that it has to offer, including our Congress of Christian Education, our Joint Tri-District Musical, and our varying Ministries for all age groups. We also welcome Dr. Jerry Young, President of the National Baptist Convention USA, Inc.
This Inaugural Tri-District Joint session brings together 54 churches throughout Northeast Louisiana. These 54 churches have an estimated total congregation of approximately 7500 members. This is our season, we are coming together in UNITY to host our Inaugural Joint Session! It is my heart’s desire that this UNITY will strengthen our local churches, strengthen our associations, strengthen our discipleship, and ultimately strengthen our community. It is my prayer that the relationships formed through this Joint Session will result in us leaving and knowing that we are stronger together than we could ever be apart.
