My Christian Friends,
Whenever there has been a broken relationship, a broken dream, and/or a broken family, God’s Word will help restore them with amazing results. What is broken in your life that needs God’s touch and care? Maybe it is your heart, your marriage, your child, etc. Whatever problem or brokenness that you are experiencing can be restored or rebuilt by allowing God’s Word to infiltrate the problem and fix what has happened.
A friend of mine texted me and reminded me of something that I shared with her many years ago. She reminded me of the advice I gave her when you are hurting and feel alone. She said, “You said, ‘Get close to God. Get in the Bible-read and study it!’ Her question was, “Where do you start?” Interestingly, I remembered the conversation I had with the individual and began to share with her what God had done for me through His Word.
In God’s Word, you can find the answer to whatever problem you may have. The key is that you must open His Word-God’s mouth and hear what He says to you through His Holy Spirit. Yes, there are people who will present gimmicks or their solutions to your problems, but the eternal and everlasting way will always be found in God’s Word. In fact, Scripture reminds us that “God’s Word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path” (Psalm 119:105 KJV). In other words, whatever decision you need to make or direction you need to tread, God’s Word will provide it for you. Trust His Word, He will come through for you every time.
Dear hearts, when you allow God’s Word to fix your brokenness, you have committed to a life of reading and studying your Bible while praying for understanding. Committing to time with God will help you to truly know that He is your Shepherd, and He will provide everything you need. You will be able to bask in the words of David, the psalmist: “The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the LORD forever” (Psalm 23 ESV).
Allow God’s word to lead, restore, and comfort you. Surely, His Word will fix what is broken. (Jesus Saves).
