The Epsilon Omicron Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated was honored to receive the prestigious Association Meeting Event of the Year Golden Heron Award presented by Discover Monroe-West Monroe in recognition of the outstanding success of the 2025 Louisiana State Workshop hosted in Monroe.
The workshop served as a significant economic and community development event, generating more than $100,000 in local revenue while bringing together sorority members, community leaders, partners, and supporters from across the state. The event highlighted the organization’s commitment to scholarship, service, sisterhood, and finer womanhood through impactful programming, collaboration, and civic engagement.
This achievement reflects the collective efforts and dedication of the members of Epsilon Omicron Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, along with the invaluable support of the Beta Theta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Zeta Amicae of Monroe, Louisiana Zetas statewide, and the brothers of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated. Their partnership and commitment helped create a memorable and impactful event experience for attendees and the community alike.
