LunaEve Nicole Thurston died on July 18, 2026, at the tender age of 2.
She was born on November 14, 2023.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm, Friday, July 31, 2026 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in West Monroe. Lamar Guillot will be officiating.
Though her time on earth was short, Luna filled every moment with love, laughter, and joy. She had a beautiful smile that could brighten anyone’s day, a curious spirit, and a heart full of innocence. She loved to jump off of everything and land right on her behind. Luna loved playing with her best friend, Riley. They loved to explore and make as many messes as they could. Luna brought happiness to everyone who knew her. Her giggles, hugs, and sweet personality will remain treasured in the hearts of her family forever.
In her final act of generosity, Luna became a hero and was an organ donor, giving the gift of life and hope to others. Her selfless legacy will continue to shine through the lives she helped save, a beautiful reflection of the love and compassion she brought into the world.
