There are two dates on a tombstone. There is a birth date and there is a death. Everyone is guaranteed these two dates, but the dash that lies between those two dates will define our lives. It is the dash in the middle that is important. The dash represent the time you lived on this earth. The dash represents the goals you may have accomplished. You have an opportunity right now to do something great. Today is an opportunity to improve your life. Don’t waste it. You are leaving your mark on the world every day. Make sure it is a mark you can be proud of. Your life is your message to the world. Make sure it is a good message. You have control over your dash. You can have a positive impact on the lives of others. Surround yourself with people that see the greatness within you, even when you don’t see it yourself. We all were born to accomplish great things in life. Remember, don’t give up on your dreams and what makes you happy. Every new day is a chance to change something in your life.
