April has been a busy month for parish and city law enforcement agencies as they responded to numerous incidents of violence, shootings and murders.
April 12
On April 13 Ouachita Parish Sheriff deputies arrested two men in the aftermath of an April 12th Carter Drive shooting. The two arrested were brothers, Rontarrius Young and Demarcus YoungRontarrius Young, for their alleged involvement in the shooting.
Ronterrius Young was charged with Second Degree Murder and Violation of a Protective Order, and Demarcus Young was also charged with Second Degree Murder.
