Twelve employees of Swanson Center for youth were celebrated Saturday for their dedication and service to the Swanson youth community.
As the new director of Swanson and Swanson officials cheered and applauded them, the twelve were showered with praise for their dedication at a banquet held at the Mt. Zion Family Life Center.
The banquet, sponsored by Marion Obafemi and P.A.T.C.H.E.S., Inc was styled as the Security Officer Award and Recognition Banquet. The $25 a plate event focused attention on the 12 Swanson veterans as examples of men and women who give their lives to help youth.
