Qualifying for Monroe and Richwood elections underway

The race for key municipal positions in the City of Monroe and the Town of Richwood officially began Wednesday, marking the start of a pivotal local electoral season.

Candidates vying for various public offices, including mayorships, council seats, and alderman positions, have started registering, setting the stage for what promises to be a closely watched election cycle.
