What type of leader are you? This is a question for all who are in a leadership capacity. AI overview describes a leader as an individual who guides, inspires, and influences people toward a shared goal or vision, often by leading by example rather than just issuing orders. Then, why is it that some of our leaders issue orders, chastise people publicly when a sidebar can be more effective? Is it all about politics playing to the crowd or media? Either way, it is time for our leaders to step up and lead by example.
Who are leaders? — Parents, educators, politicians, faith-based individuals, coaches, and athletes, just to name a few. Some of these are good leaders, and some are not so good. People are very frustrated because of the lack of strong leadership expected in various areas. So, what is the solution? There are a multitude of leadership workshops that can be attended to improve these skills.
Believe it or not, using common sense can be a good start. Making decisions by leaders requires getting good information to give outcomes a better chance for success. When this is done, we can have communication with an open dialogue, and remember sometimes it just takes a phone call, and continue to Love where we Live and Live where we Love!
