Martha Olivia Martin, daughter of Charlotte Lynette Flintroy and Curtis Martin, Jr. and granddaughter of Martha T. Caston of Monroe, LA passed away at the age of 54, on Friday, October 4, 2019, in New Orleans, LA. Martha was born in Oakland, CA after her parents relocated to the Bay Area. During her transition, she was surrounded by her sisters, Marie, Theresa and Crystal Martin who will take her remains to Oakland, CA.
Martha will always be remembered for her funny wit, for making everyone laugh, and for being a caring, beautiful aunt to her niece and four nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 6, 2019, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 1023 Peralta Street, Oakland, CA 94607. Services entrusted to JACOB SCHOEN & SON FUNERAL HOME.
