Zeta Amicae of Monroe, Louisiana, an auxiliary of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., recently elected Mrs. Katherine Brown Hubbard as its new president. Amica Hubbard has been a member of Zeta Amicae since 2011, serving with integrity as auxiliary treasurer.
Amica Hubbard is married to James Hubbard. The couple has three children and nine grandchildren.
A woman of faith, Amica Hubbard attends Powerhouse COGIC where Dr. Odell Riley is pastor. At Powerhouse, she serves faithfully in the finance, choir, and mother board ministries.
She is a 1983 Neville High School graduate and attended Delta Community College.
Since being elected president of Zeta Amicae, Hubbard has hit the ground running focusing on unity, community service, and friendship. Under her short leadership, she and her auxiliary sisters have organized and implemented several community service projects.
