The faculty, staff, and students of New Vision Learning Academy had the distinct pleasure of hosting the Honorable Ambassador Andrew Young, Jr. as a guest speaker on February 28, 2018.
Ambassador Young spoke to the students about the importance of education and working hard to achieve their goals.
Ambassador Young spoke about living in a small town, attending a small elementary school, and his path to becoming the United States Ambassador to the United Nations.
Ambassador Young stated that his elementary school, similar to New Vision Learning Academy, was the foundation for his success.
Keeping God first and applying the values that were instilled in him has led to his great success. He encouraged each and every student to believe in themselves, and continue climbing to greater heights.
Ambassador Andrew Young left the students with words of wisdom that will forever encourage their education and life-long journey.
