Cleveland Mouton has resigned as principal of the Barkdull Faulk Elementary School.
Mouton’s resignation creates a third vacancy for principalships in the Monroe City School District. There are now openings at Minnie Ruffin Elementary School, Neville High School, and Barkdull Faulk.
