Deborah Doublin is a life time resident of Monroe, La. She grew up in the Booker-T community and graduated from Carroll High School.
She earned a BA degree in 1982 from Northeast La. University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in 1991 from Grambling State University.

She holds membership in the National Association of Social Workers and the Louisiana Association of Substance Abuse Counselors and Trainers.
Ms. Doublin is the CEO and owner of River City Professional Counseling Services, LLC, (Monroe, La), an organization that provides behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and adults.
She has over 25 years of experience in the behavioral health field.
