Brothers from the Monroe Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi recently joined forces with the community to support the 31st annual Sickle Cell Anemia Run/Walk -A-Thon. The event was held at the zoo and the aim was to raise awareness and to raise funds to assist individuals battling Sickle Cell Anemia. The fraternity’s participation in the event underscores their commitment to serving the community and to address pressing health issues.
The Monroe Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi looks forward to future collaborations with the Sickle Cell Anemia Foundation and other organizations dedicated to improving the health outcomes in Northeast Louisiana.
