Frederick Louis, a candidate for Mayor Monroe, is a COVID-19 survivor. Nine of his family were positive. Five were hospitalized, including Louis. Three died: his father, mother, and brother. He warns citizens not to take the virus lightly because at the gravesite of a loved one, it will be too late to ask if wearing a mask could have changed anything.
