NOTICE OF RECORDS DESTRUCTION

The Monroe City Schools Division of Student Support Services, 300 Sherrouse Avenue, Monroe, Louisiana, will be destroying Special Education records of students whose special educational services ended or the student left the school system greater than five years ago. Pick up of records may be arranged by calling our office at (318) 388-3747. Proper identification is required. An individual 18 years or older, unless adjudicated, must request his/her own record(s). All records will be destroyed on June 29, 2018.

Notice is hereby given that Oak Manor Apartments 2018, L.P. is competing for 9% tax credit provided by the Louisiana Housing Corporation and proposes to rehabilitate Oak Manor Apartments, a $11,139,217 +/- ($3,310,000 debt – $7,829,217 equity) existing, family rental complex consisting of 88 multi-family units (8-1BRs, -40 2BRs, 40- 3 BRs) and 1 office/community facility, located at 2000 Peach Street, Monroe, LA 71202. The development will target large family, single parent and handicapped special needs groups.
