Dear LORD our Heavenly Father,
Even though you are very much aware of our acute sufferings during many of our heinous, cruel, frightening 4th of July and extended neighborhood celebrations, we “still” would like to openly vent our feelings toward our city’s lack of protective agencies’ protection of our communities. We also abhor the lack of compassion by those celebrants who seem to experience some type of weird thrill at our expressed fears, discomfitures, and doctors’ diagnosed illnesses.
Many of my elderly friends and others express great fears and trauma at the magnitude and persistence of our assailants. Their well-organized assaults began a week before July 4th and were catapulted throughout our neighborhoods well over into the wee hours of each morning.
As their well-placed organized volleys of fireworks continues, we are suffering great agonies while wondering if the upcoming one (bomb) will be the fatal one for us. Now, today is Sunday and their onslaughts have already begun.
For three hundred sixty five days and nights plus one, during Leap Year, we have had to endure loud car music and other very loud vehicle noises, which make our homes, shake as if their foundations are not stable enough to protect ourselves. However, it appears as if we are being forced to protect ourselves against airstrikes from enemy war bombers.
As this child of Yours, LORD, has already stated in previous articles, they make it seem as if we are victims of airstrikes during declared or undeclared wars. It seems as if they have declared wars on us. We are not their enemies!
I also loathe the 4th of July celebrations due to lack of me or any of my people being free. We have nothing to truly celebrate except your greatest gift offered to us through Your Son, Jesus Christ. Thank You for sending Him! His appearance equalizes our playing fields. This child of Yours accepts Salvation…Thank You!!!!! I must say, I Love You, LORD and trust You with every fiber of my being. Thank You for taking care of our neighborhoods, me, mine and others and thank You for protecting us from our declared war 4th of July strikers. I am praying that they will use Your time wisely instead of using Your time to purchase and strategize attacks on our neighborhoods. Most importantly, they could spend time in Your Word.

P.S. My dear dear confused children, today is July 5th, Sunday afternoon, and your onslaughts have begun. Why!!! Your elderly citizens are not your enemies. However, your fireworks merchants love you very, very much due to your bountiful additions to their coffers (resources). Pray and think about it!! Do the bulk of them permit you to practice your firework expertise in their neighborhoods?
