After spending a night in jail last week, Monroe’s assistant city attorney is out on bond after being arrested on his second count of DWI.
Brandon W. Creedkbaum, 34, was arrested last Wednesday night at about 11 p.m. after he crashed his vehicle in a ditch while reportedly under the influence of alcohol.
Creekbaum, who the Mayo Administration hired in 2018, was also charged with DWI in 2011.
