Both Brown and City appeal his reinstatement for different reasons

If you thought the City’s fight with Reggie Brown is over, think again! The city is appealing the Civil Service Board’s decision to re-instate Brown with backpay. To top that off Brown is also appealing the board’s decision to suspend him for 90 days rather than grant him full reinstatement. He wants the suspension removed, his name cleared and the rest of his money.

    Attorneys for both Brown and the City filed appeal notices Monday, serving notice that each plans to appeal the Civil Service Board decision for different reasons.
