Fourth District Judge Alvin Sharp will be installed Sunday as the pastor of the Avenue Baptist Church in Monroe.
Judge Sharp will follow the late Reverend L. B. Oliver, as pastor. He is presently an associate minister of the Calvary Baptist Church in Monroe, La.
Now the title of “Pastor” Sharp can be added to his list of titles, which include attorney, Judge, and minister.
