When tryouts for the 2018 Black Heritage Drama are held this month, it will also be a chance for local talent get a national audience, because the 2018 Production will be filmed for the CongoTV Network.
The 2017 Heritage Drama will be “Miss Lula’s Centennial” and will be staged at the Monroe Civic Center February 16-17, 2018. Tryouts will be Thursday, December 28, 2017, at the Tab-A-Torium, 311 N. 9th Street from 6-8 p.m.
