Funeral service for the well-known churchwoman will be held Saturday at the McFarland Funeral Home Chapel. Only select members of the immediate family can attend the service which will be streamed live on Facebook.
The death is particularly unsettling for the family, since her husband, two of her sons and a daughter are seriously ill as well.
A memorial is planned for Sister Louis in late June if the health climate permits.
