Three expected to qualify for vacant Appeals court seat

At least three prominent attorneys are expected to toss their hats into the ring for a seat on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals next Spring.

They will all be seeking to fill the vacant seat of former Judge Felicia Williams. There are two years left in her ten-year term.
