Vince Lombardi said, “There is only one way to succeed in anything: give everything. I do and demand that my players do also. Any man’s finest hour is when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the battlefield… victorious.” To succeed, you must be committed to your goals and dreams. You must be willing to start early and stay late to complete a job. Many things may change around you, but the one thing that must not change is your commitment to yourself.
You must be willing to hold on to your dreams and goals this year like a bulldog. A bulldog is one of nature’s most determined creatures. The nose of the bulldog is slanted backward so it can continue to hold on and breathe without letting go. We must also be willing to live and keep holding on to our dreams and goals. Whatever your purpose is in life, remain focused and committed. Your path may be dark right now, but the light is coming. Keep holding on! You are greater than you think and stronger than you can imagine.
