The Housing Authority of the City of Monroe, Louisiana (“MHA”) is soliciting offers for the purchase of the commercial lots located at St. John St., Monroe, LA 71201 and Telemaque St., Monroe, LA 71201. The property has been historically utilized as 4 vacant lots and 1 lot with a vacant office building. However, pursuant to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) rules and regulations, the properties may not be sold for less than fair market value which pursuant to current appraisal is as follows:
5 lots at St. John St. and Telemaque, Monroe, LA 71201 $160,000.00
Only offers for not less than the above-stated amounts will be considered, and such offers may be submitted in writing to the Monroe Housing Authority, 300 Harrison Street, Monroe, LA 71201, Attn: Planning and Development Dept.
