ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Monroe Housing Authority will receive electronic bids for the following:
Provide Skilled HVAC and Plumbing Labor Services, Project No. 23GEN.XXX.01
Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM Central Time, Wednesday, July 26, 2023. Bids shall be submitted electronically in Adobe PDF file format to Heath Fruge at frugeh@monroeha.com.
ANY PERSON REQUIRING SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION SHALL NOTIFY MONROE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE TYPE(S) OF ACCOMMODATION REQUIRED NO LESS THAN SEVEN (7) DAYS BEFORE THE BID OPENING.
Complete bidding documents for this project are available in electronic form to bonafide prime bidders. They may be obtained without charge and without deposit from Monroe Housing Authority; e-mail request to frugeh@monroeha.com. Printed copies are not available but arrangements can be made to obtain them through most reprographic firms. Interested bidders should send requests to frugeh@monroeha.com .
Bids shall be accepted from contractors who are licensed under LA R.S. 37:2150-2173 for the classification of Mechanical Work (statewide) and Plumbing (statewide). No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after receipt of bids. Attention is called to the provisions for equal employment opportunity; and payment of no less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the specification must be paid on this project. Monroe Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause per State Public Bid Law or to waive any informality in the bidding.
