Part of our new normal will be wearing a mask or face-covering in Monroe. Research shows that masks can greatly reduce the spread of COVID-19. We can mask up when we leave home, whether feeling sick or not. It is essential to wear a mask in order to protect one another. We can beat this virus if we all unite as one. I wear a mask to protect you and you wear a mask to protect me. This will be critical to Monroe moving forward.
We have the ability to grow through a crisis. We have seen hard times before, and we believe together we can overcome any challenges our communities are facing. Remember Monroe, be a good neighbor, mask up!
