We are bringing the celebrations for this Black History Month to a close. I encourage you to keep moving forward. The windshield in a car is much bigger than the rearview mirror. You can’t successfully drive the car forward by looking in the rearview mirror. We can’t change our past, but we can change our future.
Dr. Martin Luther King said, ” If you can’t fly, then run, if you can’t run, then walk, if you can’t walk, then crawl, but whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward.” The opportunities in front of you are limitless. In the future, strived to be better than you were yesterday. Learn something new every day. In the future, seek to achieve, do, and accomplish more. You were created to be a winner. There is no limit to how high you can go in life. We want to look in the mirror and be proud of the person that looks back at us. Get excited about your future.
