An angry parent posted a video on Facebook recently that has stirred a controversy about what is acceptable and unacceptable when it comes to putting a child to sleep.
The parent, De’Milya Pratt and her sister posted a video on Facebook showing an employee of Child’s Play Day Care on 18th Street, stroking a baby’s back with her socked foot for eight seconds, trying to put her to sleep. Pratt says that is unacceptable and has resulted in injury to her child.
