Now she lives as an Ember in Our Hearts
March 10, 1950 – February 2, 2026
The vibrant and fiery spirit of Ms. Patricia Manuel Robinson, a longtime and proud resident of the Kingsway Apartments in the Booker T. Community of Monroe, now rests peacefully as she awaits the return of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Ms. Robinson will be fondly remembered for her bold personality, radiant energy, and deep love for others. Whether sharing laughter with neighbors or lifting spirits with her words, she embodied strength, faith, and compassion. Her presence brightened every room, and her legacy continues to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her father, Roosevelt Manuel (Hudson); her mother, Anne Hudson; and her sisters, Rosemary Gardner and Lillie Mae Beavers.
She leaves to cherish her memory her siblings Elizabeth Gardner, Gloria Martin, Roosevelt Manuel Jr., James Manuel Sr., Johnny Manuel Sr., and Calvin Manuel; a nephew she raised as her own, Calvin Manning; her beloved Kingsway community; cherished friends; and a loving family of cousins, nieces, and nephews, all of whom will forever hold her close in heart and spirit.
May her faith, laughter, and light forever remain an ember in the hearts of all who loved her.
