Man violated his protective order then battered the mother of his child

   Monday, February 18, 2013 Terrance L. Eaton, Jr. was arrested and charged with domestic abuse battery and violation of protective order after he knowingly and willfully violated the stated statutes.
   Affiant was dispatched to 4205 Elm for a battery complaint. The victim stated Eaton came to the apartment, began to punch her in the face several times and pulled her hair nearly causing her to fall to the ground while holding their young daughter. The victim was shown to have an active protective order against Eaton until July 13, 2014. 
   Eaton was given his rights per Miranda, to which he stated he understood. He was transported to OCC without incident.
