   On November 29, 2012 Zachary C. Holloway was arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a juvenile and violation of protective order after victim say she woke up because she was being hit by the arrestee.
   Victim advised she fell asleep with her three year old daughter on the living room floor and woke up in the kitchen area being hit by the arrestee. She stated the arrestee was standing over her hitting her with his fist as she lay on the floor. Holloway then ran to the back of the house and the victim ran to the master bedroom to call OPSO. Holloway left the residence but came back and kicked in the carport door to gain entry. He then went into the bedroom to grab a gun and threatened to kill himself stating he wasn’t going back to jail. The arrestee left again but the victim did not know where he went. The victim later found the gun in the kitchen broken.
   Officer observed the victims head to be swollen, her left ear was red and the carport door frame had been damaged. The officer learned that there was an active protective order against the arrestee with the victim as the protected person.
   Holloway was advised of the charges against him and transported to OCC.
